air systems have one of the largest winch hire fleets in Europe,
which consists only of the current range of Ingersoll Rand winches including
the latest Atex compliant infinity models. All units are CE marked,
comply with LOLER and PUWER legislation and are supplied complete with
test certificates for each customer.
Our manriding fleet
of winches ranges from 150kg-3,123kg. All our sub sea range of manriding
winches complies with IMCA regulations.
All winches are fully maintained
by our factory trained engineers and each unit has a comprehensive auditable
maintenance history.
Our in house technical team
enjoy many years experience in supporting and specifying equipment for
our end users. If you have a unique or difficult application our technical
team will work with you to specify the correct unit to suit your requirements
We can supply many bespoke
options including; sub-bases, snatch blocks, running line monitors,
constant tension manifolds as well as a comprehensive spares package
if required. Filter sets are fitted as standard.
We can look at both short
and long-term hire agreements as well as various lease and lease purchase
options.
We can also if required supply
multi-angle accu-spooling devices, which fit most of the Ingersoll Rand
infinity models.
All units supplied to our
customers are provided with a complete documentation package to support
the product.
We can also provide
bespoke containerised compressor packages including desiccant dryers
inline filtration and associated controls to meet our customer’s
needs, as well as Zone.2 and rig safe diesel units to support our winch
fleet and various other applications.
