The Liftstar® and Pullstar® hydraulic winches are compact, modular designs intended to be used in general utility lifting and pulling applications. They are made of cast iron and steel for durability and toughness. Liftstar's carry a 5:1, and Pullstar's carry a 3.5:1, design factor. Winches are designed for quick mounting on a rigid support and operate in any position provided the drum is horizontal.

Enhanced efficiency
All rotating parts are supported on bearings and bushings
Brakes and braking
Fail-safe automatic multi-disc brakes are spring applied and pressure released. Dynamic braking action is achieved by an external counterbalance valve which avoids permanent friction of the brake discs.
Controls
The Hydraulic control valve with manual throttle can be fitted on the winch or, as an option, remotely.
